Breathe it right
The last day of the week, the weekends should be a breather. Talking about breathers, just as a break is necessary for the well being of your health, it is also important that you learn to breathe right. There is a Buddhist tradition that says that life is the breath, so he who only half breathes, half lives. Breathing if done correctly can calm stress, fill you with energy and give you better health.
Breathing is a natural act, and so we tend to overlook its importance. Experts recommend that you dedicate at least 5 for minutes of deep, conscious breathing everyday. Doing so should help you live a better and healthier life. Breathe in through your nose, filling your lungs from your abdomen up. Exhale through your mouth. If done correctly, you should see your abdomen move out when you inhale and move in when you exhale. Each breath should be deep and joyful.
